Since we are such a small family operated company, we usually only book one event per date- so you are our ONLY priority.
We serve all of Western New York, and we are able to serve Rochester and areas outside of our 30 mile radius- just ask us!

We sanitize and inspect every single piece of equipment after each event, so that you know you are only getting the best and shiniest set up we have.
We offer canopy tents in 29x21, 10x30, and 10x10. We have a 9x9 Smoked Oak portable dance floor, perimeter bistro lighting, elegant white folding chairs, sturdy 8 foot tables, and even a Rustic Bar with a backdrop!

Q: How do I book a date for my event?
A: Talk with us about what packages we offer and the equipment we have so you can find the perfect set up. When you're ready to confirm a date, if it is open we require a down payment to reserve your date, which will go towards the grand total. We request a $350 minimum as we usually can only complet

We request a $350 minimum as we usually can only complete the set up and take down of one event at a time. The day we come and set up, or before if you choose, you will pay us the full amount due.
Q: When will you come and set up the tents and all that? Not the day of, right?
A: We will absolutely do our best to come between 1-4 days prior to the event so you have time to make it absolutely perfect. This often depends on scheduling and the weather.
Q: How are you so much cheaper than the other guys? Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are insured. We are a very small team, consisting of only family who love to help out. We only have one set of each equipment. We have very little overhead and are confident that we are about 20% cheaper than any other similar business in the area. When we got married in 2021, we couldn't believe how outrageous the prices for event rentals were! It was despicable- we even had to pay $2,500 for two portapotties for the day. So, we became the change we wanted to see. And it helps that we have zero sense of corporate greed.
Q: Do you run any promotions or have any discounts?
A: Absolutely! Since the hubby is an Army veteran of 18 years we offer a hefty $50 off ANY rental package. We thank you for your service. We also offer discounts for healthcare workers and educators!
Q: How do you clean and inspect equipment prior to my event?
A: Every single piece of equipment is sanitized and washed before each event. We use bleach to wipe down each hard piece of equipment and wash each piece of the tents and the linens. While we do this we carefully look at each item and check it for stains, rips, tears, scratches, dents, etc. Remember that there is only two to five of our family members working at a time, so please be patient with us!
Q: What happens if one of the items gets damaged during my event?
A: Please let us know immediately so we can either fix it, try to replace it, or see what else we can do.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We deliver for free within a 30 mile radius of Clarence Center, New York. We can deliver up to 50 miles away for a small additional surcharge.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, Venmo, and Cashapp!
Q: How much in advance can I book? What is your cancellation policy?
A: We can, if the date is open, book as soon as 5 days from the event. We opened for Spring, Summer, and Fall event bookings in early February, 2024. Once your event is booked, deposits are completely nonrefundable.
